Tuition fees are paid in two installments at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters. Payments for the years spent at ITU are made to ITU, while payments for the years spent in the USA are made to the respective institution in the United States. The payment dates for fees to be paid to ITU will be announced at (www.sis.itu.edu.tr). The payments cover tuition fees only. Expenses such as accommodation, stationery, personal expenses, health insurance, and similar costs are not included and must be paid separately. Tuition fees in the USA may be increased annually by a certain rate. For the 2025–2026 Academic Year, the annual tuition fee for the English Preparatory Program at ITU is 57,160 TL, and the tuition fee payable per academic year is 75,656 TL. Current tuition fees in the USA (Out-of-State Tuition or Non-Residential Student fees) can be found at Montana State University Tuition and Expenses. Based on feedback from our students, students studying in the USA may spend approximately USD 15,000–20,000 per academic year in addition to tuition fees. At the end of the 1st and 3rd academic years, students whose year-end GPA is at least 2.50/4.00 receive a USD 7,000 tuition discount based on the tuition fee determined by Montana State University for the relevant academic year. IMPORTANT NOTE: Tuition fees for the Double Degree Programs during the semesters at ITU must be paid through VakıfBank branches using the student number or through VakıfBank ATMs using the student number. Please do not make payments to any IBAN number.
