TUITION FEES
Tuition fees are paid in two installments at the beginning of the first and second semesters. Fees are paid to ITU for the years spent at ITU, and to the United States institution for the years spent in the USA. The payment dates for ITU fees will be announced on www.sis.itu.edu.tr.
The annual tuition fee payable to ITU is 95,240 TL for the 2025–2026 academic year. In the same academic year, the annual tuition fee for the English Preparatory Program at ITU is set at 57,160 TL.
In addition, students are required to complete STCW Preparatory Training in order to participate in open-sea training. This training must be taken either during the preparatory year or, if the preparatory year is successfully completed, during the first semester of study. The training may be offered within the university (if available that term) or externally, and the cost starts from approximately 15,000 TL and may vary.

Students who are awarded a 50% scholarship upon admission receive a tuition discount in the United States only for the Tuition (Instructional Fees) component. All other fees must be paid in full.
