TUITION FEES Tuition fees are paid in two installments at the beginning of the first and second semesters. Fees are paid to ITU for the years studied at ITU, and to the United States institution for the years studied in the USA. Payment dates for ITU fees will be announced on www.sis.itu.edu.tr. Payments cover tuition fees only. Accommodation, stationery, personal expenses, health insurance, and similar costs are not included and must be paid separately. Tuition fees in the USA may be subject to annual increases at a certain rate. The tuition fee for the English Preparatory Program at ITU is set at 57,160 TL for the 2025–2026 academic year. The annual tuition fee payable at ITU is 75,656 TL for the 2025–2026 academic year. Current tuition fees in the USA (Out-of-State or Non-Residential student rates) can be found at: http://www.buffalo.edu/studentaccounts/tuition-and-fees/fall.non-resident-full-time.html Based on student feedback, students in the USA spend an average of approximately 15,000 USD per academic year in addition to tuition fees. --- SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES Students admitted to the Civil Engineering program with SUNY Buffalo are offered various scholarship options for the 2025–2026 academic year: * Students ranked within the top 20,000 receive a 16,000 USD scholarship on their tuition fees in the USA. * Students ranked between 20,000 and 40,000 receive a 14,000 USD scholarship on their tuition fees in the USA. * Students outside these ranking ranges who achieve a GPA of 2.75/4.00 at the end of their first two years at ITU (and at least 3.00/4.00 in their second year) are eligible for a 10,000 USD scholarship on their tuition fees in the USA. --- IMPORTANT NOTICE Tuition fees for dual degree programs at ITU must be paid at VakıfBank branches or ATMs using the student number.
